1. Who we are

MyInterfest (“we”, “us”) provides AI video interviews for employers. When you take an interview, the employer who invited you controls your data, and we process it on their behalf.

2. Data we collect

Your name, email and phone number
Your video and audio recording
A written transcript of your answers
Device and browser information, and the time of your interview

3. Video recording and AI processing

Your interview is recorded on video. Our AI interviewer, Ava, converts your speech to text and creates a summary and score to help the hiring team. AI does not make hiring decisions — people at the employer do. We ask for your clear consent before any recording starts, and you can stop at any time.

4. How we use your data

Only to run the interview and share the results with the employer who invited you. We never sell your data or use your video for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Recordings are deleted automatically after the period the employer chooses (for example 90 days), unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can withdraw consent.
