Check your camera
Make sure your face is visible and centred.
Find a quiet room
Turn off the TV and close the door if you can.
Use good light
Face a window or lamp — not with the light behind you.
Headphones help
They stop echo and help Ava hear you clearly.
What to expect
- You agree to be recorded, then test your camera and mic
- Ava from the hiring team greets you and asks a few questions
- What Ava says also appears as text on screen
- Say "can you repeat that?" or tap Repeat at any time
- When you finish, your interview is sent to the hiring team
Common problems
